Official Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility & Qualification

All individuals must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work as a journalist. The information provided regarding education, experience, and skills must be true and accurate. A background in journalism, media ethics, or mass communication is highly preferred. The administration reserves the right to reject any application if the candidate is found unsuitable.

2. Identity Verification

Applicants are required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) and proof of address for verification purposes. Associations will only be approved after successful background verification. Providing any false or misleading information may lead to immediate rejection or subsequent legal action.

3. Code of Ethics

All members and journalists must uphold the highest standards of journalism, including truth, accuracy, fairness, and impartiality. The creation, publication, or promotion of fake news, misleading information, or propaganda is strictly prohibited. All news content must be thoroughly verified before publication, and the dignity, privacy, and rights of all individuals must be respected at all times.

4. Content Responsibility & Guidelines

It is mandatory that all content created or submitted is entirely original and does not violate any copyright laws. The publication of content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities is strictly forbidden. All submissions are subject to editorial review and final approval before going public.

5. Legal Responsibility

Individuals accept full legal responsibility for the content they produce. Publishing false, defamatory, or unlawful material may result in legal consequences against the individual personally. Strict compliance with all applicable laws, including media regulations and Information Technology (IT) laws, is required.

6. Press ID & Authorization

Press ID cards are issued solely after complete approval and verification. The Press ID is strictly designated for professional use and must not be misused for personal benefit, unlawful activities, or misrepresentation. Any documented misuse will result in the immediate termination of the ID and potential legal action.

7. Payment & Compensation

Payment terms (where applicable) will be defined separately and may be based on freelance assignments or a fixed salary structure. All compensation is subject to the approval of submitted work and strict adherence to organizational and journalistic standards.

8. Confidentiality

Members must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all internal information, sources, and unpublished materials. Revealing confidential or sensitive information without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to severe legal and disciplinary consequences.

9. Termination & Disciplinary Action

The organization reserves the unequivocal right to suspend or terminate any association at any time in the event of a violation of these terms. Repeated misconduct, ethical breaches, or serious violations may result in permanent termination without any prior notice.

By associating with the organization, all parties acknowledge and agree to abide by these certified terms and conditions.
